At BluePrint Strategy, Brittany Lorenzi delivers business performance consulting and strategic advisory services to nearly 20 local entrepreneurs. Her company’s mission is to help clients grow their businesses to the next level, empowering business owners to believe in themselves, and guiding them through a strategic plan for what’s next within their organization.
Many small businesses struggle due to lack of business education or strategic planning. Brittany founded BluePrint Strategy to keep that from happening to small business owners in the Nashville area. Since 2015, she has built a client base of focused, growth-driven, entrepreneurial business leaders.
“I believe that sharing my own experiences and challenges with others is the greatest way to enable them to grow, define and achieve their vision, and avoid mistakes before they happen. I believe that helping others achieve success is the biggest success we can all have, and I am thankful for those who guided me along my own entrepreneurial journey.”
Brittany says that one key to entrepreneurial success is intentionally surrounding yourself with an experienced and knowledgeable community of support. That community may become a source of emotional reliance, and most certainly will serve as an invaluable resource for business management advice. Many entrepreneurs have great ideas and products but don’t have the time, energy, or knowledge about managing the business from the finance and strategy perspective.
“An entrepreneur must invest in her company, persevere in the face of overwhelming challenges, and hold herself accountable. Running a business is a roller coaster ride; early on, I didn’t even realize how steep the ups and downs could be. But it is the best ride you’ll ever be on.”
Because of her commitment to building community and providing resources to support entrepreneurs, Brittany chooses to invest in other organizations that share that mission – including NAWBO. Brittany also enjoys mentoring at the Entrepreneurs Center and serving on the board of EO Nashville. She is a leader in her community and lends her time and efforts to charitable organizations, including 100+ Women Who Care, Best Buddies of Tennessee, and Habitat for Humanity – Women’s Build.
