Perhaps recording artist Erykah Badu said it best when she penned “bag lady, you can’t hurry up, ‘cause you got too much stuff.” And Paris Love, MBA, MHRM, CACR, CRR, CALC, founder of the Paris Love Productivity Institute, is committed to helping her clients get rid of the “stuff” weighing down their bottom lines by building organizational systems that eliminate waste and maximize productivity.

Affectionately known among her clients and colleagues as the “drill sergeant of productivity,” this former U.S. Army sergeant has racked up 30 years of experience helping others remove the clutter from the landscape of their lives. While the business initially tackled residential projects, Paris quickly found an opportunity to expand the productivity institute’s service offerings to overwhelmed professionals and companies in crisis.

“Clutter has a tendency to spill over into other areas of your home and life,” says Paris, “including the boardroom.”  And her team isn’t just shuffling papers. “My team of productivity experts works closely with business owners to create organizational systems that automate repetitive tasks and alleviate duplicate efforts, resulting in more efficient operations, reduced waste, and ultimately, less employee anxiety and stress.”

“Drill Sergeant of Productivity”

The Paris Love Productivity Institute currently operates in three states: Georgia, Alabama, and its home base in Murfreesboro, TN with clients in the mid-west and western regions.

Her biggest challenge to growing the Paris Love Productivity Institute over the years has been developing the right team. “It’s hard letting go and allowing your team to take over the execution of the work. But I also realize that as the owner, I need to step away and prepare to move the business forward strategically,“ says Paris. But after following the advice of trusted mentors over the years, hiring a dynamic team is what she has done, bringing the total headcount at the institute to five with plans to expand in the coming months.

As a nationally recognized productivity and organizational expert, Paris has been featured as a guest expert for the hit T.V. series “Hoarders” and an organizational expert with IKEA-Atlanta. Paris is also a regular columnist for Hope for Women magazine and is a best-selling author on Amazon. Of her success, Paris credits the great examples set by a family of entrepreneurs and her thirst for knowledge (she holds four degrees!).

Paris has been a NAWBO member for over a year now and currently serves on the Membership committee. “When I lived in Gulf Shores, the closest chapter was in New Orleans, three hours away. But I drove to the meetings. There was something about being around a group of like minded professional women striving for the same things I was. So when I moved to the Nashville area, NAWBO Nashville was the obvious choice.”
